SwanPowers, LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates Spread Sniper (the "Service"), which includes the Spread Sniper iOS application and the website at spreadsniper.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information (email address, password when you create an account)
Payment information (processed by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers)
Support communications you send us

Information collected automatically:

Usage data (features used, spreads analyzed, timestamps)

Diagnostic information (crash reports, performance metrics)

We do not collect: brokerage account credentials, bank account numbers, social security numbers, or actual trading positions from external brokers.

Polygon.io — provides market data (we send ticker symbols and timestamps, no personal data)
Apple — processes App Store subscriptions (per Apple's privacy policy)
Stripe — processes web subscriptions (per Stripe's privacy policy)
Hosting providers — store and serve the Service (per their respective privacy policies)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support@spreadsniper.app. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (fraud prevention, tax records, etc.).
